Lucy Wilborn has many years in Real Estate and Small Business Practice. She was first licensed in 1978 and sold Houses in Oceanside, California. She has also built houses, and split lots for resale. She was a Proprietor of Popeyes Famous Chicken in Vista for seventeen years, and has extensive experience with People skills, which is a great asset in negotiating Contracts between Buyers and Sellers. Lucy makes a practice of treating People how she wants to be treated with honesty, patience, compassion, and real estate knowledge. Lucy has three grown Children and four Grandchildren who live in Carlsbad. Lucy recently graduated from Charis Bible College in Colorado and teaches local Bible Studies.
